This past Sunday afternoon I held my annual Tricks & Treats Halloween class. Yep, I had a lucky 13 women on the 13th of October creating 13 totally spooky Halloween projects. (okay, I am just kidding about the 13 projects but it would have been kind of cool if I could have pulled that off)
Here are a few pictures of the goodies that were served:
Brownie Heathbar Caramel Parfaits |
Lisa's Famous Caramel Corn |
This is my famous caramel corn and although I am usually a very open, share anything kind of person, this is the one recipe I keep to myself. There is a reason for that but that's for another day and no Diana, you are not getting it out of me! Because I won't share the recipe, I get asked to make it A LOT, especially this time of year. Anyone recognize that Spooky spider? That is an old Stampin' Up Decor Elements on a Walmart glass canister! He's been there for years and he's sticking as good as ever.
Last but not least, here are the projects we created: (there is one missing from this pic but I will show you that one later in the week)
This class always includes a stamp set and this year's set was the new Stampin' Up! polymer set "Bite Me". Although I love this set, as I was creating the class projects, it became more about the Witches Brew Designer Series Paper and less about the stamps. No one seemed to mind and I promised them I would come up with a few more "Bite Me" samples later this week. I will post individual pics of each project throughout the week so please stop by again to see them all up close! (you won't want to miss the wine bottle gift box, it's pretty awesome if I do say so myself!)
Thanks for stoppin' by today!
