Well,I seem to have passed right by Thanskgiving, Christmas and New Years so I am trying to make up for it with Valentines Day! This is one of the projects we did at my January Stamp Camp. Aren't they the cutest? I love these little owls although I have to admit that I have had the punch for awhile and he is just now seeing some regular use.
The test tubes are 6 inches long and fit the peanut butter M&M;'s perfectly. The LOVE sentiment and heart conversation bubble are both from the Valentine Defined set in the new Occasions Mini Catalog. (you can click on the link in the right-hand side bar to view the mini on-line) The owls vest is from the Love Impressions Specialty Designer Series Paper, also from the Occasions Mini.
Here is the side view. The paper is real red card stock that is 5 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 inches. I used my 1 inch circle punch on both ends to thread the test tube through. Easy-peasy and oh so cute! You could easily crank these out for a classroom or your co-workers and you will be crowned the local queen of crafting...move over Martha!
