I am a transplanted New Englander living on the Gulf Coast of Florida. I soooo miss the fall in New England...picking apples, hay rides, pumpkin patches, cool, crisp sweater weather and especially the changing colors of the leaves. (although raking them was never a favorite pastime of mine!) So, this card is just me missing home.
I used the Elegant Lines Embossing Folder from Stampin' Up! for my background. (don't you get the feeling of swirling leaves?) The leaves and pumpkin from the Paisley Prints set were stamped using the baby wipe technique and Riding Hood Red and Pumpkin Pie reinkers. Linen thread wrapped around the base and a pop-dotted pumpkin adds the finshing touch! Click on any of the active links for more information on any of the Stampin' Up products used today.
