This is one of the projects from my Stampers 6 group last week. The group wanted to learn how to make a shaker card...don't ya just love it? The image is from the Thoughts and Prayers set from Stampin' Up! I LOVE this set! They are kind of hard to see in the picture but the little purple flowers that we used for the 'shaker" are almost a perfect match to the flower on the stamped image. I bought these last year at Joannes in 3 colors because I thought they were cute and I knew I would find a use for them eventuually! (I know, I have a problem!)
The frame was cut out with my Coluzzle. I use my Coluzzle all the time although I know most people have a love/hate relationship with that tool. I happen to love mine. The striped Designer Series Paper is from the Tea Party Collection, my new personal favorite for Spring and Easter projects. The ribbon is the Certainly Celery ribbon from the Sale-A-Bration catalog. (You can get 10 yards of this beautiful ribbon plus 10 yards of So Saffron ribbon FREE during Sale-A-Bration. Click HERE to view the Sale-A-Bration catalog!) The little label is one of my new Sizzlets "Lots of Tags" dies.
Thanks for looking!
